Not at all! While fans of the show will get the most out of the GoT references, our tours also cover the incredible real history of Dubrovnik. It's a great experience for everyone.

The tour involves moderate walking through the Old Town, including some stairs and uneven surfaces. We recommend comfortable shoes. The pace is relaxed with plenty of stops. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us in advance.

All tours include a licensed English-speaking guide, an A4 printed book with show scenes for comparison at each filming location, and audio devices (the guide speaks into a microphone and each guest receives a receiver so you can hear clearly even in busy areas).

Our group tours are conducted in English only. Tours in other languages (Croatian, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are available as a private tour option. Please contact us for private tour inquiries and pricing.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. In case of severe weather, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

All tours meet at Large Onofrio's Fountain — inside the Old Town. Just show up 10 minutes before the tour and look for the red umbrella.

Our Game of Thrones tours in Dubrovnik start from €25 per person for the 2-hour walking tour and the 90-minute Game of Thrones & Dubrovnik History tour. The 3-hour tour that includes Lokrum Island (Qarth) costs €30 per person. Fort Lovrijenac (the Red Keep) has a separate entry fee of €15, which is free if you have a Dubrovnik Pass or City Walls ticket. Private tours in Italian, German, or Spanish are available on request.

We offer three tour lengths: the classic Game of Thrones walking tour is 2 hours, the combined Game of Thrones & Dubrovnik history tour is 90 minutes, and the Game of Thrones & Lokrum Island tour is 3 hours (including the boat ride to Lokrum). All tours are guided walking tours at a relaxed pace with plenty of stops for photos and stories at each filming location.

Tours run daily from March through October. The best months are April, May, September, and October — pleasant weather and fewer cruise ship crowds. In summer (June–August), Dubrovnik is busier but we offer an afternoon departure at 16:00 when the Old Town starts to cool down. Morning tours at 09:30 are great all season — you beat the heat and the crowds. The Lokrum Island tour is only available April through October when the ferry runs.

We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (June–September) when tours fill up quickly. You can book through TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, or Viator — all with free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Last-minute spots are sometimes available, but we can't guarantee availability for walk-ups.

Depending on the tour, you'll visit 7–12 filming locations including: Pile Gate (where King Joffrey started a riot in Season 2), Fort Lovrijenac (the Red Keep — site of Joffrey's Name Day tournament and the Battle of the Blackwater), the Jesuit Staircase (Cersei's Walk of Shame in Season 5), St. Dominic Street (the fight scene from Season 2), Rector's Palace (the Spice King's palace in Qarth), the Old Port (Blackwater Bay), and more. The Lokrum Island tour also includes Qarth scenes and the famous Iron Throne photo spot.
